    Meeting Point

    You must exchange your voucher for tickets at the Original London Visitor Centre (Charing Cross Station) located at 17-19 Cockspur Street Trafalgar Square London SW1Y 5BL.
    Opening Time: Monday - Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays - 8:00am to 5:30pm.
    You may board the bus at any of the stops once the ticket is validated.

    Conducted on an open-topped double-decker bus, the London Hop-on, Hop-off tour, operated by the Original London Sightseeing Company, has 5 routes and more than 50 stops meaning that all the best loved London attractions are covered by the tour. Frequent departures every 20-30 minutes mean that your precious London sightseeing time is not wasted waiting hours for buses.

    Live commentary is offered in English on Yellow route, audio commentary is offered in a further 11 languages via headsets on other routes as is a special commentary for children (on red route).

    What’s more the London Hop-On, Hop-Off tour also includes a Thames River Cruise and you have the opportunity to join a range of organized walking tour.

Note: The Changing of the Guard parade will take place at Buckingham Palace on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. On days with no changing of the guard parade, you will be taken to see the changing of the Horse Guard at Horse guard parade, and then to see Buckingham Palace.

    All walking tours last approximately 90 minutes.

    River Cruise:
    The Original Tour is delighted to offer all customers a FREE cruise pass on the River Thames through London. Simply collect your free pass from a member of The Original Tour staff. On arriving at the pier of your choice go directly to the boat and present the pass to City Cruises staff, then hop-on and hop-off the cruise as you please. Passes are collected by the City Cruises staff on the outward journey, so for subsequent journeys you will need to show a valid Original Tour bus ticket.

    The Changing of the Guard parade will take place at Buckingham Palace on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. On days with no changing of the guard parade, you will be taken to see the changing of the Horse Guard at Horse guard parade, and then to see Buckingham Palace.

    London is a functioning capital city and therefore political events, demonstrations and celebrations can disrupt the route at any time, especially during summer and at weekends. While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and frequent service there may be delays, reduced frequency and route alternations due to traffic and road closures.

    Whilst we offer the walk daily, the Guard Change does not take place if it is raining.

    Itinerary is subject to change.

    To facilitate works outside the Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel, Whitcomb Street will be closed for 4 1/2 weeks. Stops affected:
    Coventry Street Stand - No service until morning of 3rd February.
    Haymarket - No Orange
    Northumberland - Served by Yellow.


    9th to 15th January, 2017

    Kings Cross Bus Stop T will be suspended between the 9th and the 15th of January 2017. Our Orange Route will serve stop M on Euston Road instead. Stops affected:
    Kings Cross St Pancras - Stop T not served, stop M outside Underground Station on Euston Road used instead.

    Monday 9th to Tuesday 31st January 2017

    To facilitate a new pedestrian crossing, Buckingham Gate northbound at Victoria St will be closed for 4 weeks. Stops affected:
    Horseferry Road - No Red until morning of 1st February.
    Abingdon Street & Tothill Sreet served instead.

    Children aged 4 and under travel free and do not need a voucher, therefore you do not need to make a booking for them.
