Experience the quintessential English tradition of a sumptuous afternoon tea at its finest, at the Milestone Hotel! Feel like royalty at the Hotel, that dates back to 1689 and was once home to Ambassadors and Barons.
Enjoy a hearty afternoon tea amidst grand and splendid surroundings as you tuck into a mouth-watering spread of delicate finger sandwiches, warm freshly baked scones served with Devonshire clotted cream, a selection of pastries including eclairs, tartlets, cupcakes and macaroons. The tea can also be served as per your dietary requirements and there is a menu especially designed for the younger guests!
Itinerary
Make your own way to The Milestone Hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled time. You will be served a traditional English tea that includes a sumptuous array of delicate finger sandwiches with warm freshly baked scones served with Devonshire clotted cream and home-made preserves, as well as a selection of pastries including eclairs, tartlets, cupcakes and macaroons. Savour a selection of finest single estate teas with a mouth-watering spread, one of the finest in London.
The traditional English tea menu includes:
Three tiers of sandwiches, French pastries and fruit and plain scones.
The finger sandwiches include Smoked Scottish salmon and cream cheese, freerange egg mayonnaise and Hampshire watercress, roast ham and English mustard, Mull of Kintyre Cheddar and tomato, cucumber and Greek yoghurt and chicken mayonnaise with chopped almonds.
The freshly-baked scones are served with Devonshire clotted cream and homemade strawberry preserve with a pot of tea of your choice, served with milk or lemon.

The Little Prince and Princess Tea Menu:
The menu is specially designed for children complete with a delicious milkshake.
Menu as per personal dietary requirements:
Vegetarian sandwiches, gluten free breads, pastries and scones can be served, if requested. The afternoon tea spread can also be served without nuts if required. However all products are produced in an environment where nuts are used and it cannot be guaranteed that food is 100% free from nuts or nut traces.

Afternoon Tea will be booked for the 3.00pm sitting, please be at the hotel 10 minutes before.
Minimum two people required for the tea. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Once booked, tickets are not refundable and dates/times cannot be changed.
Voucher Information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
