In Sintra this day bus tour includes a guided tour of Pena National Palace, the finest and most notable example of Romantic architecture in Portugal.

The circuit for the tour starts and ends at Praça do Comércio and includes a stop at the Boca do Inferno plus a 90 minute guided visit to the stunning Palácio Nacional da Pena. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the Palace and gain in depth insight into the Portuguese as well as foreign influence that went into the construction of beautiful edifices and structures in and round the Pena Palace.

The bus tour brings you back to Praça do Comércio after the 5.5 hour tour of the circuit but you are free to hop off at any stop along the way and wander about the picturesque town on your own.

Present your paper voucher at the sale point at Praça do Comércio (Yellow Bus kiosk: from 9am to 6pm) or directly to the bus driver at any stop along the tour to be exchanged for a ticket.

This activity is adults (and older children) only. Little ones under the age of 4 years will have to sit this one out, we’re afraid.

The tour is not recommended to people with reduced mobility.

Our supplier needs at least 2 people on the tour to be able to go ahead. In the unlikely event that less than this number book for your tour date we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
