Tickets cannot be transferred from one person to another.

A current valid ID or passport is required for all visitors, including children. Otherwise a parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver. The Alhambra won’t accept photocopies.
All reservations must include the name and surname of all participants.
Please note, the tour guide will arrive a few minutes before the tour start time.
Prams or strollers are not allowed inside the monument, we recommend using baby carriers.
Luggage or large backpacks are not allowed inside the monument.
For those who do not wish to walk to the meeting point, we recommend using public transport, rather than coming by car.
A mobile phone with a fully charged battery and headphones may be required.
Take your ticket and your original ID document with you (ID or passport). The Alhambra won’t accept photocopies.
Please, be aware that you can enter each section of La Alhambra only once, if you use your ticket to enter the monument without your guide, you will miss the guided visit, as your ticket cannot be used a second time.
Children must also bring their ID document. Otherwise, the legal guardian will need to sign an authorisation at the ticket office. You can ask your guide for assistance if needed.
If you have a hearing impairment, please let us know in advance so your tour guide makes sure they wear a protective face shield instead of a mask.
To protect the monument’s delicate decoration, we remind you that rucksacks and bags must be less than 40×40 cm.
