Sign up for an exciting pasta-making course and learn to create fresh, authentic pasta using traditional Italian methods! You’ll work with flour, eggs, and other ingredients in the company of a multilingual chef who knows all the tips and tricks. In this class, you’ll learn to make three different types of pasta, using both a rolling pin and a pasta machine, along with three delicious sauces to match.
But that’s not all! You’ll also whip up a tasty Italian dessert using seasonal and organic ingredients. After the cooking is done, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, complete with a glass of good Tuscan wine and a fun, friendly atmosphere. Its time to reap the rewards of all your efforts!
With a professional chef for every 15 participants, guidance is always at hand. Plus, you'll take home real Italian recipes so you can impress your friends and family with your new cooking skills. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your culinary skills, this course is a great introduction to Italian cuisine.
