Voucher Information: Sorry, but you will need to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we promise we are working on changing this). Unfortunately, at this time, we will not be able to give anyone a refund without a printed copy of his/her voucher.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.

Please remember that our transfers are available only for hotels or residences in Dubai and not from the Airport. Besides City Centre and Sharjah Sahara Centre, however, our transfers can be arranged from other areas as well on request with additional charges.

Our Limousines come with mirrored ceilings, tinted windows, neon lights and fiber optics. We like being that little extra!

Food, alcohol and smoking are, unfortunately, not allowed inside the cars.

The tour schedules are heavily dependant on vehicle availability during peak season. In case, the car is not available according to your booked slot, we will reschedule and accommodate you as per your convenience.
