Food, food, glorious, scrumptious food! There’s nothing quite like it, especially when you’re discovering somewhere new. How about a three-course dinner in Old Dubai? Feast on the food and get an insight into the authentic traditional Emirati cuisine. Hummus and falafel, tea and dates, kebabs and desserts. Oh, what a treat. And that’s not all! You’ll wander around the spice souk, get a ride on a wooden abra (boat) and visit Al Fahidi Fort and the Dubai Museum. Food and culture – the perfect combination.

Here’s the plan:

Make sure you’re on an empty stomach for this tour, as you’re about to go on a culinary journey into traditional Emirati cuisine. From delicious starters to tasty desserts (it’s a full dinner this one!) This tour is a journey where culture and cuisine combine. Your tummy will be tickled, and your mind will be taken back in time. On your tour you will:

• Head through the spice souk to smell the aromas of different spices

• Enjoy hot tea and some dates

• Take the Abra for stunning views of the Dubai Creek

• Walkthrough the textile souk and then enjoy starters such as stuffed vine leaves, classic Middle Eastern salad, Kibbeh, Cheese and Spinach Sambousek and traditional falafel and hummus.

• Feast on the main course with kebabs, machboos deyay, saloona and a crunchy Luqaimat dessert
