Penguin Cover and Nursery Experience:

Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old)

Ultimate Experience:

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Not applicable for below 2 years of age. Not applicable for pregnant or handicapped guests. Ticket price the same for ages 2 years and upwards and Adults.

Tickets must be collected in advance from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any attraction.

The printed ticket must be presented along with the booking confirmation at entry. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.

Entry is permitted once only; re-entry is not allowed.

You are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, as queues may occur at the At The Top main counter during ticket collection.

Attractions may temporarily close due to severe weather conditions; refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
