Meet your guide at Placa Catalunya at the scheduled time. This is a two part tour which will proceed as follows:
Picasso Museum & Gothic Quarter Walking Tour:
The 2 hour and 30 minute tour starts at Placa Catalunya at 9am. Your first stop will be the Picasso Museum where you will spend 45 minutes. The museum will give you an insight into the development of Picasso as an artist. You can avoid long lines and explore the museum at your own pace.
You will next be exploring the narrow streets and hidden alleys of the Gothic Quarter. See the places where Picasso used to go and some charming hidden places like the Plaça del Rei. Take in the neo-Gothic façade of the Cathedral, and hear the legend of Columbus, who is said to have been welcomed back from the New World at the Plaça del Rei, the 14th century medieval public square.
The tour will end at around 11.30 am at Plaça Sant Jaume, just a 2 minute walk to La Rambla. You can spend time on your own and enjoy sightseeing and lunch before the next part of the tour begins.
Gaudí – The Sagrada Família Tour:
Return to Placa Catalunya for the second leg of the tour. You will be driven past passeig de Gràcia with its spectacular modernista monuments like la Pedrera and Casa Batlló. See the Eixample district and head for the Sagrada Família.
Avoid long lines and gain fast track entrance to the Sagrada Familia, the iconic Roman Catholic Church in Barcelona, designed by Catalan Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí. Enjoy a guided tour and learn more about Antoni Gaudi’s most extraordinary creation. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Sagrada Familia with its opulent ceilings and stained-glass windows is an architectural gem which is a major tourist attraction.
The radio-guides ensure that you don’t miss a thing. So you can walk alongside the guide, stop for a picture and not worry about missing on anything.
The tour will end at the Sagrada Família at approximately 5:45pm. You can either return to Placa Catalunya or continue sightseeing on your own.

Both tours start from Plaça Catalunya, in front of Deutsche Bank and Hotel Olivia Plaza. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
This tour involves some walking.
The morning tour will end at Plaça Sant Jaume in the Gothic Quarter. It is a 2-minute walk to La Rambla, so you can stay and wonder around or return to Plaça Catalunya. Your guide will give you all the orientations you may need.
A special dress code is required to enter the Sagrada Familia or any other Catholic church: Shoulders, back and belly must be covered; wear shorts and skirts that come down to at least mid –thigh, no plunging necklines or see through clothing. Those who do not adhere to the dress code may not be allowed to enter. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for entry denied due to improper dress.
Sunglasses, comfortable shoes and camera are strongly recommended to bring.
From June to September, you must dress for warm weather and ensure you have relevant products to have proper sun protection. Meanwhile, from December to February it can be cold and the remainder of the year has mild weather, so dress appropriately keeping in mind the changing seasons.
