As the sun rises above the horizon, the desert becomes a stunning display of colour on this sunrise mountain bike tour of Alice Springs. The morning air feels fresh and and cool and native animals are commonly spotted at this time! Keep your eyes peeled and your camera ready as you ride along the exciting path and stop to capture some scenic photos!
Customize this tour to your experiences, needs and wants depending on your confidence and fitness levels. Following set up with equipment and bike, venture into the bush that surrounds Alice Springs and ride some of the most amazing and unique mountain bike trails in Australia.
You will be treated to views of the town that only the locals get to see. Riders are recommended to wear comfortable runners/walking shoes and non-restricting clothing (loose trousers are not advised). As with any biking excursion, ensure you bring plenty of water, sunscreen (don't underestimate the Uluru sun!), appropriate clothing for bicycle riding, and most importantly your camera!
