Instead you should make your way to California Academy of Sciences, 55 Music Concourse Drive, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. You can exchange your voucher for your entrance ticket at the 'Service Desk' located at the right side of the main entrance.
Your general admission ticket gives you access to all shows and exhibits within the Academy.
The California Academy of Sciences is a world-class scientific and cultural institution housed in the world’s largest public green building. Topped with a living roof, a 2.5 acre expanse of native California plants, it blends seamlessly into the beautiful landscape of San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Park.
Highlights of the Academy include:
Steinhart Aquarium: Home to 38,000 live creatures from around the world. Watch sharks and rays, explore a Philippine Coral Reef, meet a giant sea bass and giant Pacific octopus, and encounter an albino alligator and other fearsome creatures in The Swamp.
Morrison Planetarium: The world's largest all-digital planetarium. State-of-the-art technologies allow the planetarium to produce the most accurate and interactive digital Universe ever created.

Daily Events: Fun-to-watch events include feeding time in the African Penguin Colony and Coral Reef Dives, in which a diver descends into the world's deepest living coral reef exhibit and tells you all about it.
Extreme Mammals: Extreme Mammals showcases some of our most intriguing relatives, from the speedy to the sloth-like, the towering to the tiny, even the venomous and the armor-clad. Featuring spectacular fossils and reconstructions alongside recent specimens and live animals, this exhibit explores the surprising and often extraordinary world of extinct and living mammals.
Extreme Mammals is organized by the American Museum of Natural History, New York (www.amnh.org), in collaboration with the California Academy of Sciences, San Francisco.

Your general admission ticket to the Academy includes Extreme Mammals, (please note some shows & exhibits including Extreme Mammals are capacity controlled and subject to availability on the day of visit)
Timed entry passes for Extreme Mammals will be distributed on an individual first come basis on the day of visit until all exhibit passes for the day have been distributed. These will be distributed on the second floor by the entrance to the exhibit.

The Academy provides a wide variety of services and information for individuals with disabilities.
• A set number of wheelchairs available at the Coat Check on a first come, first served basis.
• Accessible parking in the underground garage.
• Assistive listening devices for visitors who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
• Audio tours for visitors who are blind or partially sighted.
A shuttle service is now available from various locations in downtown San Francisco to the Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park, home to the California Academy of Sciences and other attractions the cost is $2 per person for an all-day, round-trip pass. Exact change is required. Children under 3 and those with mobility problems ride free. Shuttle runs between 9:00am and 6:00pm every 30 minutes. Look for the black Bauer’s shuttle marked 'Downtown/Golden Gate Park'. This shuttle runs on alternative energy (cng)
