From the humble beginnings of Hewlett-Packard to Mark Zuckerberg’s insta-wealth, you will learn all about tech history on the Silicon Valley Daytrip! This unique daytrip from San Francisco takes you to the Google and Facebook campuses, Apple’s headquarters, and Palo Alto, the gateway to Silicon Valley. Visit Facebook’s famous “Like” sign and see some of the first computers ever made at the Computer History Museum. And, these are just some of the highlights of this San Francisco daytrip.

You will be picked up right outside your hotel doorstep and then cruise out of San Francisco on an eco-friendly biofueled bus! See famous San Francisco landmarks along the way and enjoy beautiful vistas from the highway in the comfort of an air-conditioned minibus. So, whether you consider yourself a computer nerd or just tech-savvy, the Silicon Valley Tech Daytrip is definitely what to do in San Francisco!

    The Silicon Valley Tech Daytrip will start outside the front door of your hotel.

Itinerary

  • The Silicon Valley Tech Daytrip starts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. at the front door of your hotel.

    You will then visit the Apple Park Visitors Center, which is part of Apple’s headquarters. Next, tour the Computer History Museum and view technological relics of decades past. Your next stop will be the Google campus, where you can purchase branded items at the Google gift shop, except on Saturdays. Finally, spend some time at the Facebook campus and take a picture at the “Like” sign. You will have a lunch break at Palo Alto.

    Around 5:00 p.m., you will be driven back to your hotels and the Silicon Valley Tech Daytrip comes to a conclusion.

Saturday itineraries vary slightly due to the closure of the Google gift shop.

Some activities are not accessible in extreme weather or due to road closures. Every attempt will be made to find comparable activities if these options are not available.
