Itinerary

  • You will be picked up from your hotel and taken for this private sightseeing tour in an air conditioned vehicle, as per your convenience. Your driver is your guide (English & German) for this tour.

    Großglockner is the highest peak in Austria and located in the Hohe Tauern range of the Eastern Alps. This tour is a scenic ride through the most beautiful mountain areas of Austria.

    You can see:

    Ferleiten Wildlife & Leisure Park: The park is nestled in an untamed and romantic high valley. The Ferleiten Wildlife & Leisure Park serves as a home to more than 200 species of wild animals, both native and exotic, including fallow deer, bison, brown bear, marmots, ibex and many more.

    Edelweissspitze: This is the highest street point in Europe and offers spectacular views of the surrounding Alps.

    Franz Josefs Höhe: The Franz- Josefs-Höhe (2,422m/7,947ft), on the edge of the Pasterze glacier is one of the most beautiful spots in the area. Stroll through the mountains around the Swarwsky place and see some typical alpine animals.

    After the drive, return back to Salzburg, where you will be dropped off to your hotel.
