Embark on a 4-hour hike through the remarkable sprawling lava fields of Laugahraun, the Vondugil canyon, and the impressive Brennisteinsalda mountain.

As you travel back down through the Grænagil canyon, observe the carved forms, shaped by the geodynamic activity of mountains, volcanoes, and glacial rivers. If time and weather conditions permit, you can also enjoy a hike on Bláhnúkur. This 60,000-year-old volcano boasts panoramic views over Landmannalaugar Valley and is the ultimate addition to this great tour.

Afterwards, you can enjoy an invigorating bath in the natural hot pool, where hot and cold water flows out from beneath Laugahraun.
