All tickets must be used for the first time in the same calendar year as printed on the ticket. No refunds can be issued for partially used tickets.

For Disney Parks, you must select a start date when booking in Disney Park tickets - this should be the first day you will visit the parks. For Disney Theme Park admission, both a valid Disney Ticket and a date-specific theme park reservation (subject to availability) are required* Park entry is not guaranteed until reservations have been made.

Reservations for Disney Parks can only be made on Disney's Park Reservation system once you have paid for your Disney Tickets in full. Once paid in full you will receive your Disney Park tickets within 48 hours of booking via email.

Once you have received your Disney Park tickets, make sure you link them immediately to My Disney Experience and reserve your park days. Please use the My Disney Experience website NOT the My Disney Experience App to set up your account and to link your Disney Tickets. Park entry is not guaranteed until reservations have been made.
