Overview

Journey to the outer reaches of the imagination at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral. The wonder of space travel is powerfully captured on five-story IMAX screens, while vintage spacecrafts from NASA’s past missions are displayed in the rocket garden.

The ultimate space fan will be floored by the largest collection of space memorabilia ever assembled and will jump at the chance to lunch with a real legend of space travel.

Stroll through Rocket Garden; historic rockets that tell the story of man’s quest for the stars.

Itinerary

  • Your professional driver and guide will pick you up from the designated meeting points or your hotel in an air-conditioned coach and make the short trip to the Kennedy Space Center, where your Space Pass affords you free reign over this remarkable place.

    Begin your exploration with a guided tour of NASA facilities, including massive launch pads and the incomparable Apollo/ Saturn V Center. Gain a rare view of the Space Station Processing Facility, where gargantuan building blocks for the International Space Station are painstakingly prepared.

    Take a stroll through a forest of artfully arranged spacecrafts in the rocket garden and inspect a Gemini program capsule from the early days of space travel.

    Stare awestruck at five story screens at the world’s only back-to-back twin IMAX theaters, where you can feel the rush of liftoff or bump along a rocky lunar landscape.

    Enter the G-Force trainer and feel the awesome pressure of four times of gravity closing in on you.

    Enjoy a tasty chicken lunch with a real astronaut, where you can ask all your burning questions about the great beyond.

    Your driver will take you back to the starting point at the tour’s end.

Please note

Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming departure details.

Meeting with the Astronaut will take place twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Space Shuttle Atlantis Orientation tour will take place on the other days and days when Astronaut is unable to meet.

Headset translators can be ordered in advance or upon arrival (additional charges apply) in order to translate the facility tour, these are recommended for non-English speaking guests.

If the guest wants the hotel pick up, they need to pay $10 per person to a maximum of $25 per family per tour to their driver on the day of their tour. They may pay cash or credit.

For pick-ups in Downtown Orlando additional surcharges may apply.

There are no pickups in Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park or the UCF Area.

Meals are tentative and subject to change.

Due to the Government shutdown, operates to the Saturn V exhibit will not be in operation.
