You will be picked up at the scheduled time in the morning from your hotel. You will be driven south for the Everglades National Park tour near Miami. The driving time from Orlando to Miami is approximately 4 hours and there will be a number of stops along the way.
At the Everglades National Park, you’ll go on a thrilling airboat ride through Florida’s famous eco-system and swamp lands. Everglades National Park is the largest subtropical wilderness in the United States and is home to rare and endangered species including the manatee, the American crocodile and the Florida panther. Watch an alligator-handling demonstration and if you’re feeling brave enough, hold a live alligator in your hands. And all of this makes for a great photo op!
After the Everglades, you will next head to Miami, arriving after an hour’s drive. Enjoy some leisurely time on your own, shop, wander and tuck into some delicious food at the Bayside Marketplace. Then head over to lively South Beach and its famous Art Deco District from where you will be dropped-off at the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club or a similar accommodation. Florida’s South Beach is one of the most famous hotspots for tourists.
There are restaurants, shops, museums and nightclubs galore in the Art Deco District. Spend the day hanging out and exploring the area as you wish.
On the second day, you are free to explore Miami on your own. Tuck into lovely fresh seafood at the Miami Beach Marina, take a tour of the Art Deco district, take a dip at Nikki Beach’s flagship spot or walk along Ocean Drive (coasts not included in the package). You will head back to Orlando in the afternoon.
You can upgrade your tour to include an optional adventure with the dolphins in Key Largo. Don’t miss this opportunity to get to know the adorable mammals and learn to interact with them in a safe, fun manner. Do a hand-to-flipper shake, rub their bellies and if you’re lucky you might even receive a sloppy kiss from a dolphin!
Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour to confirm all departure details.
The swim session is in a natural ocean water lagoon that is approx. 4.5m deep. Flotation vests are provided and mandatory for all dolphin swimmers to wear.
Children must be 7 years and older to swim with the dolphins. Children 7-12 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian. All participants in the dolphin swim must be able to swim properly.
Voucher Information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
