Sounds good, right? Say hello to Nishiki market, and welcome to a foodies tour of Kyoto cuisine. With your local guide on hand to guide you through you’re going to explore the food stalls of Nishiki Market. Fresh seafood, local snacks, preserved fruits and more! Will you get to taste some of the produce? Of course, you will. That will include Tsukemono (vegetables in vinegar), Yuuba (sashimi tofu), Kamaboko (seafood preserved in fish paste), Tako (octopus with quail egg), to name a few. Is your mouth watering yet? You’ll also learn about the history and hear stories from the locals.  This tour isn't just about food!After exploring the market, you will go to a nearby restaurant and have a seven-course lunch.
