    After your booking, you will receive separate vouchers for each activity. Please keep the vouchers handy and present it to the respective activity operators on the day of your visit.

    Both activities are valid for the date you selected for the booking and tour option you selected.

    It's important that you keep your ticket all the time, as they will be a regulated ticket checking from time to time.

    Redemption instruction: Show your online booking ID to the Tour Assistant on the bus. Wait for the physical ticket issuance by the Tour Assistant.

    The local operator reserves all the rights:

    • Change any of the tours and the seating capacity on the bus without prior notice.

    • Postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to reasons beyond their control.

    • Refuse admission of any ticket holders, whose conduct is inappropriate without refunding and/or compensating.

    Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.

    Any harmful/dangerous items such as, personal weapons or sharp objects, which may cause harm to other passengers, are strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

    Passengers may be excluded from transport if they come to the bus under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or other psychotropic substances.

    Petronas Towers:

    Soon after booking you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase, this document is a booking confirmation. We will follow this up with your E-ticket within 48 hours of your booking. You should go to redeem your E-ticket at the express lane ticket counter on the concourse level of the Petronas Twin Towers.

    The exact entrance time for Petronas Twin Towers will be confirmed after the booking, this time slot will be printed on your ticket and you will only be able to enter at this time only. Please reach meeting point 15 minutes prior to the entrance time.

    All visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by parents/guardian or adults.

    All baggage and personal items MUST go through the Security Scanning Machine.

    Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
