An experience like no other, this tour of Chef Jazzy’s kitchen coupled with an enthralling five course menu is the stuff culinary dreams are made off. Chef Jazzy, a true-blue Malay settled in Hong Kong for 20 years, is one of the renowned culinary experts in the city. Her travel diaries can put most globetrotters to shame while her culinary skills are nothing short of exquisite.

With the dream to make authentic Malaysian cuisine a common affair in Hong Kong, Jazzy has also just upgraded herself with an exhaustive 10-month course on traditional French cuisine. The tour, conducted at her house, is a gustatory celebration of bona fide, homemade Malaysian delights steeped in an array of Asian flavours ranging from Indian to Chinese. Served in her gorgeous dining room, the meal offers you an intimate brush with Malaysian Nyonya cuisine. The tour commences with a refreshing glass of wine and is topped with a taste of the breath-taking frenzy of her kitchen. This is a gourmet adventure you would not want to miss for the world!
