Overview

The way to a person’s heart is through his stomach and no one knows this better than Chef Lawrence. One of the top private chefs in the city, Lawrence has garnered his exquisite expertise with Chinese food from his extensive experience with catering as well as having worked at one of the top Two Michelin Stars Chinese restaurants. He has numerous cooking awards under his belt and is one of the few chefs chosen to advocate Hong Kong’s incredible food scene overseas by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Lawrence’s passion for fine dining shows in the breath taking details he creates on the plate. He is a staunch proponent of private and home dining, making his passion for private cooking his profession as well. His cooking classes are quite popular, but his love for interacting with his guests as well as students is something that really stands out. His greatest kick? Creating new and impeccably refined dishes for his private guests!

Whether you are a culinary enthusiast or even just a good ol’ foodie at heart, this private dining session with Chef Lawrence should definitely be on your bucket list!

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.

Please reach the chef’s house at least 20 minutes early as this is a scheduled private dinner.

This experience gets you up close and personal with Chinese cuisine, however, a minimum of 3 people are required for the dinner though with not more than 6 people.

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol or other beverages.

Please remember not to smoke inside the house.
