Your private tour guide armed with a vast knowledge of history will tell you everything you did not know about this wonderful city as you get a first-hand look at the wonders to be found at one of Spain’s most visited monuments.
Granada is undoubtedly one of the most charming cities in Andalusia, with its cobbled streets, lookout points, Moorish quarter, and the cathedral. But the truth is that its main highlight is the hill which rises above the city, home to one of the most important symbols of the Middle Ages on this peninsula: The Alhambra. A place that has endured centuries of history to become an architectural, historical and cultural landmark. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984 and is a favorite destination for tourists around the world.
Step inside the platinum city to see the Patio de los Leones and the Patio de los Arrayanes, and to learn about the stories of the sultans and kings who once lived there. Admire the delicate gardens of the Generalife and the Partal and recreate the steps of the illustrious personages who lived there and realized the importance of the sublime Alhambra.
Visit the stately homes of nobles from the Nasrid era and the silk merchants, the Albaicín Quarter and the “Dobla de Oro” Spanish-Muslim Monuments, and the Hammams or Arab baths, discovering the traditions which Arab culture left behind. Soak in the architecture, the folklore and multiculturalism that make it so special.
But don’t do it the way other people do: they miss out on one whole half of Granada. Come on this full tour and get to see the imperial Christian Granada and the magical Muslim Alhambra.
This whole day experience in Granada is a real must for people like you, who truly wish to see the real Andalusia. Dare to experience it!
