Board the comfortable Mercedes coach at Inverness Bus Station and begin your day trip to the Speyside.
Get a taste of some quality malts in the beautiful region of Speyside. Begin the tour at Benromach Distillery, your first distillery of the day. Learn from your expert guide about the age old styles of whisky making and processing. Kickstart your day by savouring some fine malts at Benromach, where the whisky is done the old fashioned Speyside way – slowly, with a hint of smoke.
You then head to explore the charming town of Elgin. Known for its wonderful and quaint restaurants brimming with local cuisines, Elgin is no stranger to serving all your gustatory needs. Eat lunch here, walk around the grand ruins of a gorgeous cathedral and explore an incredible wee whisky shop.
After lunch you head to Glenfiddich Distillery which is home to the largest single malt whisky in the world. This distillery hasdominated a third of the market along with Glenlivet and Macallan. You have the option here to do a distillery tour or view the nearby Balvenie Castle.
Enjoy a photo-stop at the picturesque sight of Speyside Cooperage, home to one of the largest concentration of whiskey cases! See how the casks for whisky are made and soak in the wonderfully earthy scents.
