Enjoy this wonderful introduction to Scotland by taking a comfortable ride in a Mercedes mini coach as you drive past scenic locales. Take an optional boat ride on the breathtaking Loch Ness as you inhale panoramic views of the Urquhart Castle ruins that stand proud by the shore.
Visit the picturesque Invermoriston and treat yourself to local cuisines, take a peaceful walk along the river and come upon a picture perfect summer-house as well as stony bridges that lie in atmospheric ruins. Discover Fort Augustus where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city as you head to the charming village holds of Foyers and Dores, nestled between Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal.
Begin your tour from the Inverness bus station, where you board the comfortable and top-of-the-range 16-seat Mercedes mini coach.
Your drive starts towards the Clansman Hotel where an optional boat ride awaits. Enjoy stunning views of Loch Ness and admire the atmospheric ruins of the Urquhart Castle that dominate the shores of the Loch. After spending the afternoon hunting for Nessie the infamous mythical creature of Loch Ness, treat yourself to a scrumptious lunch at a local restaurant nearby.
Post lunch, take a scenic ride towards Invermoriston and enjoy a stroll along the shores of flowing rivers, witness the beauty of an ancient summer-house and stunning ruins of a picturesque stone bridge.
As you drive to Fort Augustus, take the opportunity to visit the charming little village located between the Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal that stretches a whopping 60 miles! Take walking stops to admire the scenic villages of Foyers and stop for a wee coffee break at Dores.
The tour comes to a close as you begin your return to Inverness.
