Overview

Come and join us for an enchanting journey down the South Adriatic coast to the tiny country of Montenegro. A country full of beauty and immense cultural heritage, you do not want to miss out on this day!

Admire the picturesque scenery of the Montenegrin fjord, arguably the most breath-taking view you will ever witness. Let your worries flurry away as you emerge yourself into this beautiful paradise. Grey and white mountains that envelope the fjord with miniature islands dotted along the serene bay make for the perfect view, it really is hair-raising.

Then we will discover a real Mediterranean gem, the “Blue Grotto.” There really is nothing quite like it. The entrance to the “Blue Grotto” is below sea level making it so that when the sun’s rays refract off the white bottom, the water becomes a beautiful and unrecognizable shade of light blue. It’s so clear and fresh, you won’t want to leave!

After we will visit “Our Lady of the Rocks” a magnificent manmade island, constructed by rocks and old ship wrecks. The biggest building on this tiny island, is the Roman Catholic Church, which we will have the pleasure of visiting. This island is famous for its 68 murals painted by one of the most influential baroque mural artists of the time – Tripo Kokolja.

The tour will now make its way too old Kator where we will also visit the famous St. Stephen Cathedral and observe in awe its incredible architecture. After, we will visit the Maritime Museum of Kotor, a traditional exhibit with fascinating original artefacts held in a three story 18th Century palace.

A fantastic day and the perfect way to understand local traditions and cultures.
