Tommy Gun’s Garage.
For an unforgettable night out, visit Tommy Gun’s Garage, the only speakeasy dinner show in town.
Just say the password and you’ll be carried right back to the Roaring Twenties, complete with gangsters and ‘flappers’ dancing and singing to the sounds of Cole Porter, Gershwin, Fats Waller or Duke Ellington.
Enjoy a delicious dinner then join the ‘mugs’ and ‘molls’ for non-stop comedy and a heap of fun. Be warned – they expect a LOT of audience participation!
You may be even raided by the cops, complete with raid sirens and flashing lights. Worse still, you could be hauled up onstage to perform a hilarious sobriety test given by Officer Murphy!
For a good, clean fun and a great night out, Chicago – Tommy Gun’s Garage Dinner and Show is hard to beat.
In a thoroughly entertaining way, Tommy Gun’s Garage recreates the edgy glamor of the Roaring Twenties – the notorious Prohibition Era – when the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages was outlawed. This was the perfect business opportunity for guys like Al Capone and his mafia family, who opened illegal speakeasies across the city of Chicago, offering alcohol, gambling and hotbox entertainment.
Tommy Gun’s Garage is an ‘Audience Interactive Speakeasy’ that offers a Roaring 20s Musical Comedy Revue with gangsters, flappers, ‘da Boss’s’ 1928 Model ‘A’ Ford, 1920s music and period memorabilia.
You will enjoy a delicious sit-down dinner (see menu in Additional Information) before joining ‘Vito’, ‘Gloves’, and the gangsters and flappers for non-stop comedy and dangerous fun.
The mugs and molls dance and sing the Charleston and other musical selections from Cole Porter to George Gershwin, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington and more – all played by Chicago’s Sinfully Orchestra. And you’ll be expected to join in… or else!
Be ready to hide your hooch (alcohol) because the joint could get raided by ‘da coppers’ at anytime. You could even get pulled up on stage to perform a hilarious sobriety test given by Officer Murphy.
The fun lasts about 3 hours: 90 minutes for dinner and another 90 minutes for the show. At the end of the evening, you should make your own arrangements to get back to your accommodation.
