Overview

The bar was built in 1927 and declared a historical building for its charm and cultural importance. Nowadays, Esquina Homero Manzi attracts hundreds of people every day. Evoking the golden tango years, this "Tanguería" features a lounge that can accomodate 400 people where it offers a memorable tango show along with a delicious dinner. Homero Manzi was the man who transformed tango in poetry and actually immortalized this corner where he wrote his famous tango "Sur".

Between 8pm and 8:30pm: pick up from your hotel to head to Boedo neighborhood where Esquina Homero Manzi is located. This historical building, a landmark where great exponents of Tango met, has been reopened and modernizated to meet the modern demands of the 21st century.

At 9:00pm: the delicious dinner begins. Esquina Homero Manzi offers a delicious three course dinner featuring an international and traditional Argentine menu especially prepared for those who want to enjoy a unique cuisine.
**The "Fuimos" Menu includes a wider variety of courses and wines.
**The "Muy Bacan" Menu includes a wider variety of courses and wines, a picture as a souvenir and the table is located at an exclusive area with a better view of the stage.

Only Show Tango Option: Between 9pm and 9:30pm, pick up from your hotel to head to Boedo neighborhood where Esquina Homero Manzi is located.

At 10pm: the first chords of the bandeneon marks the beginning of this amazing tango show which includes a live musical quintet (bandoneon, piano, violin, guitar and bass), along with two singers and four dance couples. The show revolves around Homero Manzi compositions and also offers memorable homages to Carlos Gardel and Astor Piazzolla, for you to enjoy the rhythm of tango and milongas.
