Redeem your Brussels Card by showing your smartphone voucher at visit.brussels desk in the Town Hall of Brussels.

After redeeming your Brussels Card, present it at the ticket desk of each venue to have it scanned.

You can find the discount vouchers at the back of your information guide. Discounts remain valid even after your Brussels Card has expired and are for single use only.

From the first use of the card, it is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on your selection.

You can visit the same museum multiple times as long as your card is valid.

Please note that on Mondays, most of the museums are closed.
