“I am the fire that burns against the cold”, says the vows of the Night’s Watch and this tour will burn bright forever in the hearts of Game of Thrones fans across the world. Bringing iconic scenes from the HBO hit-series alive, this is the perfect tour to relive your favourite show. That’s not all! Our unforgettable trail also includes a tour of the breathtaking Giant’s Causeway, the only UNESCO World Heritage Site in the region.

Travelling with the same company as the cast and crew of Game of Thrones (our local partner has worked on 4 seasons) along the beautiful Causeway Coastal Route, we will arrive at the small town of Ballycastle which was featured as the home of Lady Catelyn Stark and Varys. The first stop of the day is at Cushendun, where you’ll visit the cave where Melisandre gave birth to the shadow baby. Next up is the iconic King’s Road, known locally as The Dark Hedges, a beautiful avenue of beech trees planted by the Stuart family in the 18th century and featured in the first episode of season two. Fraught with local lores, this site has witnessed some integral scenes, from Arya’s escape to The Starks’ arrival at King’s Landing.

Ballintoy and Pyke Harbour are lined up next; two stunning seaside locations which has been used for exterior shots and as the Iron Islands. We will make a stop at the cosy Fullerton Arms in Ballintoy, a popular spot amongst Game of Thrones fans as it has been known to host some of the cast members! Enjoy a scrumptious lunch (payable direct), and you might even hear a story or two from the staff about bumping into some of the series’ stars. Ask them about John Snow for us, will you?

Post lunch, we will head to Larrybane, our final tryst with our beloved show, where Renly swears to Lady Stark that he will avenge Ned’s death, but meets his end at the hands of the shadow baby that came to being in those caves you visited in Cushendun.

Having sunk into the fantastical world of this revolutionary tv show, we will visit the marvellous Giant’s Causeway, an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns which are the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. Shrouded in myths and legends, the Causeway is an equally magical location capable of letting our imagination run wild!
