Your quintessential Irish experience kickstarts with a luxury coach ride across a picturesque landscape dotted with charming villages, old castles, inaccessible bays and fishermen’s cottages. The fascinating ruins of Dunluce Castle are next, surrounded by Irish and Viking history as well as intense popularity thanks to it being featured on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones.
Moving on, we will be off for the spectacular Giant’s Causeway! This truly stunning monument has been named as one of the great natural wonders of the world and we will take you get you up close and personal with this incredible group of basalt formations at the edge of the North Sea in Scotland. Regale in the legend of ancient rivalries between the giant Finn MacCool and Benandonner as you marvel at this majestic creation of Mother Nature.
Once you have witnessed this gargantuan marvel, we will be back on the road along the gorgeous Irish coastline before we make a quick stop at the scenic fishing village of Carnlough including the Harbour where the famed rivalry between Arya Stark and the Waif in Game of Thrones was shot. Our final destination on the tour is one of the best preserved Norman castles in Ireland, Carrickfergus, doused in turbulent history of murders and sieges, before we head comfortably back to Belfast.
