Gear up to learn all about Thailand’s famous combat sport Muay Thai on this boxing session with professional trainers. Dive fist first (but safely!) into the 16th century full-contact martial art form where you train and learn techniques and moves from trained professionals for two hours.
Don’t worry if you’ve never tried Muay Thai before! Dress in comfortable gym gear and with the boxing gloves provided to you, the trainers will walk you through the rules and regulations. You learn to use your fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet in this challenging class!
Partake in the age old Thai sport which is a world famous martial art form and a favourite among MMA and UFC enthusiasts. Please be sure to bring a fresh set of clothes and your own shower cream should you choose to freshen up after the class.
