Overview

Embark on a partly live guided excursion as you take to the heights of Mt Rigi for 2 days of wellness, spa and incredible views of Lucerne!

Day 1

The journey starts with a scenic drive over the Albis Pass, through beautiful countryside and along the Lake of the Four Cantons to Weggis. Enjoy an unforgettable stay at Mt. Rigi, the Queen of the Mountains! Hop on board the aerial cable car to Rigi Kaltbad from where you can switch to Europe‘s first ever mountain railway up to Rigi-Kulm sitting at a height of 1800m. The incredible panoramic view over the Swiss-Midland, the Alps and the 13 lakes around will overwhelm you! By afternoon you can spoil yourself in the new Mineral Bath & Spa designed by famous Swiss architect Mario Botta. In the evening, culinary delights await you in the restaurant SunSet where a 4-course selection dinner is included.

Day 2

Kickstart your day with a rich breakfast buffet and if you fancy another swim then the Mineral Bath opens exclusively for hotel guests at 9 am. Around mid-day, take the cogwheel train down to Vitznau where you board the boat for a lovely one-hour cruise to Lucerne. Wander along the medieval streets of the quaint Old Town and see the famous Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church and the Town-Hall. In the evening, you meet your guide for the coach ride back to Zürich.
