Keelung Harbor is located at the northern tip of Taiwan Island, between Fugui Cape and Cape Bitou. Enjoy the breeze of the Pacific Ocean and take in magnificent views. See the sea harbor, and the luxury passenger and postal liners coming in and out, making it one of the best spots for enjoying intimate conversations and night views.

Make your way to the top of the hill to Chung Cheng Park and take in views of the harbor and the urban streets. Zhongzheng (Jhongjheng) Park is situated on the side of Dashawan Mountain, which is at the east of Keelung City. There is a white statue of Goddess of Mercy in the park. It is the biggest in Southeast Asia and has become one of the most enduring symbols of Keelung. The park overlooks Keelung City and the harbor.

You will be visiting Yehliu Park, famous for its natural rocks formations which are a fascinating collection of artistic shapes created by erosion and other natural forces. Among the rocks, the Queen’s Head is one of the most famous ones. Also called the "Yeliu (Yeliou) Turtle, the place looks like a giant turtle submerged in the sea.
