Immediately on booking you will be emailed a receipt for your purchase, this document is a booking confirmation. We will follow this up with your E-ticket within 72 hours of your booking and you will be requested to show this bar coded ticket at the attraction counter to gain your entrance.

Participants should be over 42in (105cm) tall and weigh no more than 264lbs (120kg).
A Complete Release of Liability form is mandatory to be signed before the start of Segway rides. All guests below 18 years old must have their form signed by their guardian. The friendly Segway staff will hand over the form to you.
It is mandatory to bring a Photo ID and the operator reserves the right to request for identification documents to verify age claims and to deny access without proof of age.
Smoking, using mobile devices and consumption of food and drinks are strictly prohibited during the ride.
Guests with the following conditions will not be allowed to ride for the sake of their own safety, including but not limited to: heart conditions or abnormal blood conditions, extreme vertigo, recent surgery or easily aggravated conditions, expectant mothers, intoxication, epilepsy.
