Adventure seekers and bird-watching enthusiasts visiting Singapore, there is a thrilling excursion waiting for you in the mangroves of Pulau Ubin island situated to the west of Palau Tekong. Go kayaking in the mangrove-lined waters of the island, home to a variety of bird species.
After collecting your kayak equipment and gear, you will begin with a short length of open sea kayaking before entering the mangroves. From the choppy waves to calm waters, once inside the dense assemblage of the mangroves, spot kingfishers, eagles, hornbills, egrets and much more as you kayak your way among the mangroves. A guide will lead you through the peaceful surroundings of the mangroves and will stop at places where you can enjoy maximum spotting. There will be ample photo opportunities as you glide and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

To get to Ubin is easy, take the MRTT to Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4), then board Bus No. 2 to Changi Village bus interchange. Changi Point jetty is not far from the bus interchange. From the jetty, take a bumboat ride (2SGD per adult one way) to Pulau Ubin. Upon arriving at Pulau Ubin, cross the boardwalk and take a left, a short 1 minute walk from the jetty until you see us (house painted white) on your right.

Number of participants per grouping is subject to Singapore Government mandatory requirements on crowd gathering, and this would include ONE (1) program leader within the group. We reserve the right to regroup the number of participants accordingly.
Minimum 2 participants are required for the tour to operate.
One way ferry transfer from Changi Point Ferry Terminal to Pulau Ubin and vice versa cost approximately SGD3 to SGD5, subject to social distancing measures & crowd control on the ferry.
The waiting time for the ferry ranges between 20 to 30 minutes. Please give yourself ample time to reach Pulau Ubin 15 minutes prior to tour start time.
This activity is adults (and older children) only. Little ones under the age of 7 years will have to sit this one out, we’re afraid.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
