Board your rugged 4x4 and sent out for the red cliffs and green valleys of Broken Arrow.
A 4x4 is the only way to make the climb up Submarine Rock, a large formation of slickrock that rises abruptly from the desert floor and offers incredible views of russet hills embroidered with juniper.
Chicken Point is another rocky vista that affords staggering panoramas of the rust-colored expanse, which recedes in all directions towards a startling blue sky.
