During your excursion you will cross the Arctic Circle, the line of latitude north of which the sun does not rise on the winter solstice or set on the summer solstice. You will receive a Diploma to record your journey over the Arctic Circle.

You will visit a reindeer farm and learn about Sami reindeer herding. This has been a part of local culture since the 17th century. The animals provide not only food and clothing for their owners but also transport.
