Please arrive at your pickup location 30 minutes before the tour departure time stated on your voucher.
Hop-on, Hop-off: You can board the bus at any of the route's stops. The favored stops are Harpa, Perlan Museum, The Old Harbour, Whales of Iceland, and National Museum.
Northern Lights: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at hotels, guesthouses and bus stops in Reykjavik. Please mention your pickup address while making the reservation. Alternatively, you can join the tour at our local partner’s office at Hafnarstræti 20 / Bus stop 6.
In case pickup is not possible directly from your hotel, you will be picked up from another location nearest to your place.

Reykjavik Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour:
Witness the famous landmarks and attractions of this modern city and admire the stunning scenery of the surrounding mountains and the ocean. Board your hop-on, hop-off bus at any of the conveniently located stops, hop off for whale spotting or visit the museum, and hop back on when you’re ready. Travel on the bus as much as you like for the validity of your ticket. Informative audio commentary is available onboard in multiple languages.

Northern Lights Tour:
Far from the glow of the city, hunt for the magnificent but elusive Northern Lights, best seen on cold, clear nights in winter. If conditions are right, we may be lucky enough to witness the awesome spectacle of the Lights swirling in a wild and carefree dance across the sky in vivid colours and dramatic patterns. The Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, are a spectacular natural phenomenon.
The Northern Lights are seen in winter, usually on clear crisp nights in places far away from the city lights.
Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers after booking.
The date you choose is for Northern Lights tour. The hop-on, hop-off tour can be taken on any day within 12 months.

Reykjavik is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Northern Lights tour:
A decision is taken daily at 5 pm whether the tour will take place or not, depending on the Northern Lights forecast. To confirm whether the tour will take place, please contact the local operator.
Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed! In the event of an unsuccessful northern lights hunt, there will be no refund. However, you may join on subsequent tours until you have a successful night of seeing the northern lights.
Icelandic winter nights can be very cold, we recommend dressing in warm layers and sturdy shoes. Restrooms available at most of the tour stops.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you can attend same tour later day, or you can get a refund.
Indicated return times can vary due to road & weather conditions.
