Activity Overview

Begin the day in our modern van as we head to the terraced vineyards of the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its renowned port wines. Our first stop is a family-run winery, where you'll experience the essence of Douro's winemaking tradition. Wander through the vineyards, witness the winemaking process, and savour tastings of their finest wines.


Next, enjoy an hour-long and scenic private boat cruise along the tranquil Douro River in Pinhão. Before indulging in a delicious three-course lunch paired with regional wines, we'll visit a historic railway station adorned with iconic tile panels depicting the timeless allure of the Douro’s landscape and grape harvest.


In the afternoon, our journey continues to a second family-run winery, where you'll delve into the centuries-old tradition of Port wine production. Led by our expert guide, explore the historic cellars and sample a curated selection of their finest Ports.


As the day winds down, relax on the comfortable journey back to Porto in our van, reflecting on the day's rich experiences and exquisite tastings.
