The Heart of Philadelphia Walking Tour is the perfect introduction to the “City of Brotherly Love”. To join the tour, make your way to the Dilworth Park, outside the café, corner of 15th St. and JFK Blvd. (20 North 15th St.) where your local guide will be waiting.

Continue to Dilworth Park as you watch ice skaters with the iconic City Hall as the backdrop. Take a walk from there up to a historic Railroad Terminal and head downstairs to one of the country’s largest and most historic indoor markets. See a holiday light and sound show featuring the world’s largest pipe organ, a show that has delighted generations of Philadelphians during the holiday season.

Then visit the Rittenhouse Square, where you’ll see the beautiful Christmas tree and a view of the church where one of our favourite Christmas carols was written and first performed. Continue to one of the newest attractions in Philly, the massive LED TV screen at The Comcast Building.

Then head up the Ben Franklin Parkway, which is lined with colourful international flags. Logan Square is the next stop and you’ll walk into the breathtaking Basilica of St. Peter, Sister cities Park & St. Paul before walking across the square, passing the Swann Fountain, and entering the grand lobby of the Franklin Institute. Your tour concludes at an iconic public park for one of Philly's fastest growing traditions. Here you’ll visit a traditional outdoor Christmas village, and have a chance to explore this winter wonderland. From here, you'll have a chance to continue eating, shopping, and exploring, basking in the holiday spirit of Philadelphia.
