Your hotel in Penang.
This Scenic Tour of Georgetown, Snake Temple and Penang Island around the outskirts of Georgetown will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will see the actual process of batik making and other cottage industries.
Visit a batik factory and get a behind-the-scenes look at how local artists create these intricate masterpieces. Then, continue on to the street market for an introduction to some of local and regional fruits. Later, visit the snake temple where a host of slithery creatures are on display. Pause for a refreshing coconut juice before visiting the Coffee Tree shop where you can browse and sample some of the beloved coffee products of the region, including the famous Penang white coffee.
After a tour of this interesting and fascinating island you will be taken back to your hotel where your tour ends.
