Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time, no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
The pass is valid on consecutive days, with a day based on a calendar day. You can visit each attraction only once in a day .
As soon as you get your Paris Pass, you should write your name on the card and the serial number of the card on the coupon, as well as the planned date of first use.
Instructions for visiting Louvre Museum: Once you get your Pass, you need to connect to the following website: https://www.ticketlouvre.fr/louvre/b2c/index.cfm/pmpevent/eventCode/PMP, make a booking (for free) for a specific visit date/entry time, by entering your surname, name and the serial number indicated on your Pass. On the date of the visit you must present your Paris Pass®, along with a document that confirms your reservation of the Louvre Museum. The entry to the museum is via the Glass Pyramid.
Please remember that the Paris Visite Pass can be used only in Zones 1 - 3, and is valid for the duration of your Paris Pass®.
Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. Improper dress could result in refused entry.
The card and coupon must be kept together at all times and must be shown together in case of inspection on the Paris Metro or other Paris transport system.
Many of the museums in Paris are free on Sundays. Please plan your visit accordingly.
