The Olmec were the first people to start using cacao 4,000 years ago and it’s not just them. From the Aztecs and Mayans to today's modern munchers, discover the roots of your favourite vice with the museum’s exceptional chocolatiers. You can additionally take a detailed look at the entire production process, from the initial stages of harvesting to its final transformation into the delicious treats we all know and love.
