Meet the Segway instructor at the Mobilboard Nice, 2 Rue Halevy, 06000 Nice (behind the Meridien Hotel, at the corner of Casino Rhul). You will undergo a brief training session for 15 minutes to master the techniques of riding a Segway. The Segway tour starts on the Promenade des Anglais, an ideal path for Segway riders boasting breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Set off on your journey and ride your Segway towards the Old town lined with charming cafés, an ancient church and a large fountain. Your expert guide will keep you entertained with fascinating tales about the history of this quaint town. Ride towards the Place St-Francois, a boulevard famous for the exotic fish offered at the local fish market, and admire the unique Turin model architecture at Place Garibaldi. Speed up your Segway to move upwards to the castle hill where you will be able to see the most beautiful view of the Old town, Nice port and the Alps mountain range. Other significant sites you will see on your way include the Le Quai des Etats-Unis street, the home of famous French artist, Henri Matisse, the Courthouse square, Rossetti square, and the Rauba-Capeu. You will also have the opportunity to take pictures of these famous sites during stops. The tour concludes at Promenade des Anglais, after which you are free to spend the rest of the day as you please.
