Whether you’re coming alone, as a couple, family, or big group, the lesson space can adapt to create the perfect cooking environment where you learn to cook a tasty Indian meal. These lessons are designed to be informative and hands-on, but easy going so you can enjoy yourself while you learn.
Do you wish you had someone to explain what goes where and when as you cook Indian food at home? Five dishes will be demonstrated ranging from fish, chicken, paneer (form of Indian cheese), rice, dal (lentils), eggs and vegetables for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
The accompaniments served with the meal are raita (yogurt), parathas (type of roti), and sweet kheer for dessert. You will also get a recipe booklet and small little box with most of the spices as a souvenir, so roll up your sleeves and don your chef’s hat to learn some tasty Indian dishes and take home some bragging rights.
