Overview

Visitors will be taken to the first platform to begin the tour. They will cross the forest canopy through three sections of cables with short walks between each section. After the canopy tour the visitors will be able to admire the cloud forest canopy. The hanging bridges tour consists of a walk over suspension bridges with 3.06 kilometers of trails during which visitors will walk over eight bridges of different sizes. Once the hanging bridges tour is over, one can explore a butterfly garden that brings together more than 20 species of butterflies. Learn about their life cycle and their special skills and then you can observe over 14 species of hummingbirds including some species that are not commonly observed in other parts of Monteverde. At the end of all the tours they can enjoy a delicious lunch in our restaurant.
