Overview

Interested in an encounter with Mama Earth’s incredible range of floral and faunal biodiversity? The Faunia Nature Park treats you to all that and more - from jungles to penguins, dragons and dinosaurs, you’ll find everything here in the heart of Madrid.

There’s so much to do at this park that you might just want to set an entire day aside for it. From hanging out with Komodo dragons (did you know they are cannibals, since 10% of their diet consists of newly hatched Komodo dragons!), sea lions and penguins to watching live shows with birds of prey and marine animals, and getting immersed in the 3D movie Walking with Dinosaurs - there’s always something to pique your curiosity. You also get to bring out your inner nature lover and explore 15 themed areas, pet the animals on the Farm and learn all about the planet's different ecosystems - the Poles, Amazon jungle, Mediterranean woodlands and African rainforest.

There’s a ton of other things to do as well - visit the Flamingo Lake, Pelican Lake and the Silent Shadows area filled with nocturnal animals, observe insects and plants in the Garden of Eden, learn about different habitats, meet some Steller sea lions - the largest of the species, admire West Indian manatees, wallabies and typical Outback wildlife, and much more.

It’s the perfect place to indulge the Steve Irwin in you!
