Treat your senses to a dose of recreation and history at the serene Parque del Buen Retiro, one of the largest parks in Madrid. Spread over a gargantuan 350 acres, the park originally belonged to the Spanish Monarchy but was opened to the public in the nineteenth century. El Retiro is popular among locals and foreign travellers alike, thanks to the exquisite sculptures that dot the park. It is home to a splendid collection of more than 15000 trees from innumerable species, and is the perfect place to soak up the freshness of Nature.
As we stroll around this magnificent park, you will catch sight of some of the best attractions in El Retiro such as the stunning Crystal Palace, the impeccable Philip IV Gate and the fascinating Royal Observatory. The park is also home to a number of gardens and a transcendental lake where you can indulge in a session of rowing. Hop on board with us for a tour that treats you to a lovely Spanish experience!
