THE VALIDITY
- The booking voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase (you can activate it any time within this duration)
- Once activated, the Lyon City Card is valid for 24, 48, 72 or 96 consecutive hours (depending on your choice) from the time of first use
- The Travelcard (included with the City Card) is valid for 1, 2, 3 or 4 consecutive days (depending on the Lyon Card validity you choose), from 5 am to 0.30 am, regardless of when it was first used
HOW IT WORKS
- Purchase the Lyon City Card for your choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4 days
- Redeem your booking vouchers at any one of the redemption points and collect your city Card
- Voila! You’re all set to experience the best of Lyon - just scan your Card at the first attraction to activate it!
- The Travelcard is activated on the first use at a public transport

Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

You can visit each attraction only once.
The visiting times of each attraction can change without prior notice so don't forget to check the websites on the day of visit to confirm the necessary details.
Some tours and activities require prior booking. Please remember to check your guidebook for all the details.
Exceptions:
- The following activities are excluded during the Festival of Lights: Lyon City Bus and Les Bateaux Lyonnais during special Festival of Lights evenings.
- The entire TCL public transport network ceases to function on the 1st May
