Enjoy a stroll down Dry Seafood Street and see the locals bartering with vendors for ingredients like ginseng, bird’s nest soup and other Chinese delicacies.

Learn about Hong Kong’s nuances and traditions like how the locals use Joss paper to send presents to relatives and friends in the afterlife, and why the men take their pet songbirds to cafes and parks, and why the local favorite snack, the “pineapple bun” doesn’t have any pineapple!
